Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 2062) on the following at                                   
this time:

     "An Act relating to the liability of parents and legal guardians of                            
     minors who destroy property."

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 18(HES)                                                    
     "An Act relating to the liability of parents and legal guardians of

Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 18(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
(HES).                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
Representative Gruenberg declared a conflict of interest.
